One crashed on takeoff about 10 years ago. A few years ago another one came in too low in a snowstorm and crashed after hitting a bunch of shit leading up to the runway, but I think it stopped on the tarmac.
I heard they put Stanfield out there because they didn't normally get a lot of heavy fog, at least until they cleared the forest for the airport.
