sometimes all it takes is the little things to bring a smile to the face. I've been enjoying this little thing all day, it's still making me chuckle.

So.
I just watched the entire Starcraft 2: Legacy of the Void campaign.
There were homages to Star Wars in there, rip offs from Halo 4 and 5 (no, seriously, I mean, they all ripped off classic sci-fi and Total Annihilation, but...), and it sure is good that Blizzard still to this day pays royalties to Games Workshop for both Warcraft and Starcraft because they added a splinter faction to the Protoss who are essentially Dark Eldar (and hilarious).
And for someone who enjoyed me some Starcraft as a child, who actually liked the story (no, really) and the characters (such as they are), they managed to end this... fairly well.
Okay, so there was the glowing, naked, fiery, angel woman. That was... a little awkward. And the giant Cuthulu Space Manatees were a little weird. More than a little, actually.
But that doesn't matter! Because, you see, there was actually a happy ending. Happy ending. Isn't that nice? Isn't it? I mean, I like happy endings. Sure, they come with a cost and so forth, but what is so bad about the good guys winning and prospering?
I'm asking this because people are complaining. What the hell is wrong with these people?

Strange, but kinda accurate. Well, not for me, I usually don't resort to caffeine. Or a thesaurus... Huh. I wasn't a very good student.

You'd think he'd give it a rest when the guy pulled a tazer!
Frankly, I think he had it coming just for giggling and humming to himself like a smug bastard.

Little bit of Schadenfreude. Just a bit. That is all I admit to.

As interesting as it may be, I don't think I could stomach an hour and a half of a South African hippie telling me how to communicate with animals.

Its not bad background noise.
I mean, she had a conversation with a sparrow about the weather.

Really? I didn't expect her "communication" with animals would get into such detail.

So many logical problems.

You know what? That logic nonsense is why we humans can no longer talk to animals like our ancestors did.
