I'm still salty that they look like hedgehogs. Meh...
Other than that I like them. Certainly an interesting race - more so than their brief appearance in the comic suggested.
There are multiple Milshok clans/tribes, right? Are there any intrarace rivalries?
Also... in any battle, any Milshok casualties will be women. There are probably surplus of Milshok man in tribes, right?
Not as much as you'd like. Most Christians are as aware of that. This is not the root of the problem.

The Milshok dont fight a lot of battles, and when they do its hit and run things where they attack when they have the advantage, so the casualties don't have a big impact on the population demographics.
There are several different clans, I haven't worked out difference between then though, or variations they might have in ideology.
Hedgehogs look bad ass! Lmarlowe agrees with me! That's two votes!
As for my social commentary...well it made me chuckle.
Interestingly, the Eslum worship the ocean and have theology nothing like Christianity, but in practice they are very similar to Roman Catholics. How odd!

It is almost like you are saying that modern Christianity is entirely different from what Jesus might have had in mind.

Like this one. But not this one, he looks like he couldn't fight his way out of a wet paper bag.

It's worth noting that the Milshok don't attack other nations as part of a grand plan or aim to rebalance the world. It's very mcuh a case by case basis. If they see what they consider injustice and greed, they will attack to correct this. There is no more complexity or long term planning to their attacks than this. They don't have na expectation that they will stop these types of problems from happening, just that they will combat them when they come across them.
I made a change to the background. Milshok believe the Meek Servant will return to ushure in a golden age, rather than the end of the world. I want to save the end times theology for the Godhead.

Meek Servant and Godhead fight it out. Woo!
But seriously, if the idea of the Godhead is that they embody ALL the gods, it simply couldn't have The Meek Servant in its menagerie of Godlike personalities because the philosophies literally cancel each other out. Internal contradiction, the Naljat are wrong, goodbye.

hahha, drop the mike and walk out!
The Godhead has a specific set of behaviours he is supposed to do, regarding ending the world and judging everyone. If your God doesn't fit with what the Godhead is going to do, you either dont understand your god, your god isn't a real god or you don't understand the subtle mysteries of the nature of the Godhead.

Yeah, of course, but it is funny to consider. The Milshok and the Naljat don't sound like they'd get along.

No, that would be those devious Shulway, they run everything behind the scenes.

Yeah, because look how well crowning yourself and proclaiming that you and yours are chosen by god works out. Everyone hating everybody!

I'm just saying! I bet they're the ones who are really controlling the West, as well as all the governments of the "free" nations, the wars are just part of an elaborate scheme to enslave everyone in Harkovast as part of the New World Order.
Basically their whole race is the KitW, the supposedly "actual" KitW is just a smokescreen, possibly even a hologram. Tell me? Where were the Shulway when the West invaded Vellastrom? I bet they received a warning and fled the combat zones in advance.
