Both have a whole bunch of gods responsible for different things. The Egyptian pantheon may be more structure, but I don't really think that was the case.

well there is definitely a structure to it for sure, the gods are also split between "household gods" and "temple gods". the average person wouldn't pray to a temple God, their powers and what they control are so vast that they wouldn't have time to listen to individuals and their problems. they have monks and huge temples instead dedicated to them for worship to keep them happy. an example of a god like this would be Ra. Where as household gods do deal with the average everyday life of people and focus on things like pregnancy, protection of children and love. these gods may have little shrines in homes.

Hmm, the Tendu definitely almost certainly have household gods. Maybe some bigger ones too.

That sounds interesting. The egyptian themed culture in harkovast are atheists, so no one is using that concept. Also the Tendu have very big distinctions between social rankings, so they could have a similar thing for their gods.

yeah and only a really rich person would have the money required to prey to a big temple God simply by donating money and stuff to the temples in hopes of favor with said God. Gods with huge temples were looked after by the state and the King was the head of all temples.
another fun thing is that King was unisex in ancient Egypt, they actually had a few female kings though only one of note.

Now you guys have all read the pointless legal wrangling bit, right? So any ideas you give me on here I ma okay to change, use and monetise as much as I want without giving you credit in the future or paying you anything etc etc. You all know that but just double checking. If you don't like that feel free to withdraw your ideas (though I cant imagine anyone will.)
