We are talking a pretty large exchange rate...but Harko points for special alternate starting character promo cards is entirely doable.

Will it be any more expensive than buying directly?

No, becuase you wont have to pay for it and I will have a stack of the things, so it will just cost a couple of quid to send to you in a small envelope.
Unless you consider harko points very valuable....

That...Sounds great but...Okay, simply put? What I'd REALLY like, is see if there isn't a way to finangle playing a game online. In exchange for me being a miser and not wanting to buy, you can decide what pre-set deck I use, mainly because if I get a taste I'll be better able to evaluate if I like the game enough, does that make sense?

Weren't Harko Points related only to badge purchases after The Crash? I must admit, I never paid them too much attention. Maybe we should get on with the times and make them a cryptocurrency!

If Tabletop Simulator comes on sale, I can make a version of the game on that (i've had a play with it and it seems easy enough to do).

Zaelix you dont need to build a deck for this game. The game is based around characters being revealed each turn and the players choosing which ones to purchase to add to their faction. You get a discount for ones from your facation (so if you play darsai, darsai cost less) but you cna buy whatever characters you need in a given situation....or poach one your opponent wnats.
The game is preset, with specific cards in each deck. Buying the gmae gives you all of the cards. While potentially we could add more cards, this would tkae the form of adding more decks for additional factions, adn you would just trade out one faction for another when you play (four races are used each game.) You need one set o the game to play with up to four players.
And yes, Red ned has been looking at an online version...but that is a story for another time.
I think I posted a video on here of me and red ned playing a bit of a gmae that you can watch to get an idea. When poeple get it on here they can give you some feed back abotu what they think of it.

Apparently we didn't post this:
It was a test for the kickstarter, but it shows me and hark playing a (almost) full game. (some cards are slightly changed in the final version!)
