Me and Red_Ned made this ourselves! A terrifying chaos space hulk! This thing is a floating city made of numerous wrecks pulled together by dark powers to form a floating fortress of evil! The thing is virtually a floating city, filled with both weapons factories and temples honouring hte foul gods of chaos. The back section is a vast asteroid that has been carved out with weapons and engines. From the front you can see that within the hulk is foul and corrupted demonic horrors. Only the power of the chaos gods could hold this horrible creation together. These space marines strike cruisers are launching a brave attack, but their bombardment cannons are clearly no match for such a monstrosity. I've add a few more details to this thing, for little lights and such on its surface, but this gives you a good idea of it. It was built around a big chunk of wood crammed into a big chunk of polystrene. The wood was covered in card panels, and then lots of random bits from ships and other models. The back bit was covered in glue and then sand to make it rough and rocky.

As much as I dislike chaos, that is pretty cool.

Chaos gets a bit muddled (no pun intended!) because its been written by different people over the years. It's especially bad when the chaos gods get portrayed as literal physcial beings. Khorne as a literal big evil guy on a throne with a big sword but in 40K it gets seriously goofy.

Here are some images of space hulks to give an idea what this thing was based on.

I think you did a really good job of translating it to the model. The rock and machine coming together is unsettling is a good way.

Agreed. I find this kind of customization stuff fascinating.
