I hate to say it, but I may be better with this git than I am with my long-time muchacho King (Though my King has gotten rather brutal over the past few days too).

I was never that taken with the Tekken games. Now I am old as fuck, so I was playing Tekken one and 2 back in the day, but they seemed kinda dumb compared to Street Fighter or even Mortal Kombat. The combat seemed more about learning a buton sequence to do a combo then being tactical.
I played through against the computer a bit, and I played leopard headded Weirdo furry wrestler King. I figured out this combo he could do by alternating punch buttons quickly. I didn't really know exactly what was making it work, but if I kept repeating this motion he did a wierd thing swinging his arms up and down which would he been a joke in a real fight but had a wide hit area in game so was really good. So he just kind of advanced swiniging his arms up and down, and battered his enemies into submission doing fuck loads of damage iwth a huge hit area.
I beat the game with him and this unexpected unlocked a deamon character. I wasn't sure why I had suddenly got this character, who didn't unlock for other characters, so I checked and it turned out it wasn't ebcuase I had just won the game without ever losing a round.
With other characters I tried to be tactical, block and all that stuff....King I just repeated a combo I barely new over and over.
I kinda felt like I'd accidentally broken the game.
But I am sure they are a lot better put together now.
Canuovea I have been playhing vermin Tide one cause I got it cheap a while ago and its fucking cool. A rat murdering godo time is had by all and I hear the sequal builds on what was so great about the first one.

Vermintide 2 is great. How do I put this... seems like more variety in both enemies and your own potential skills. The career options are pretty great and vary how everyone plays. If I weren't on vacation I'd be playing in a lot more.

Really? Why would it block that? Normally you can just buy for people on your friends list.

Nope, due to regional price differences.

You'd think it'd charge you the price the recipient would pay.

Every Tekken player I know would swear that King is one of the harder characters, with only weird grapple-like moves. Maybe it depends on version.

I am sure you can get more into it and learn deeper stuff, and there were probably characters with more elaborate/better combos.
I don't think King is a good character (certainly not to look at!) but just repeating a roughly six hit combo seemed more powerful then actually trying to play the gmae tactically, like other fighters.
I am sure if I could have got someone elses combos working I could have done a similar trick. Plough forwards waving your arms for the win!

The AI in the early Tekken games was pretty dumb. It has gotten a bit better, but still has plenty of dumb left over. Spamming the same sequence won't get you far in online. Here is some online I did a month ago, and we aren't exactly good players, but you can see juggles, timing, spacing, and other such tactical play (even when I use King, the luchador kitty).
Also, I've been using the character customization feature in the game to make a bunch of cosplays. I made a lot of Dragonball characters, the main crew form yu Yu Hakusho, Where's Waldo, Carmen Sandiego, Santa, Shantae and Risky Boots, and probably some others I am forgetting. Shame the customization is so limited, like Waldo is screwed because the character I used has a black/white prison stripe shirt and you can only change the color of the white stripes.

Which voice is your voice?
Tekkens games have this wierd thing where they kinda hit each other when they fall down adn they jump up again. Like you do a leg sweep on a fallen down guy and he's knocked up again. It's really strange.
Also....if you are making your own characters....
Where are the harkovast characters? With King's head recoloured you must be able to make us a Shogun or Sir Muir!
What about that robot samuria guys body with kings head? You gotta do it!
