The other guy is the first one who talks. If ye look at me other YT videos you will see how ugly I am. steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197993982283/screenshots/?appid=389730These are all the cosplays I have done. The only animal heads are King's jaguar mask and a few deer heads that look weird on the characters, and King and Chloe are the only one with tails so I can't really do any furries beyond Lord Beerus and Krystal.

Have a go at a Harkovast character! It doesnt matter if it's not very good, it will be funny to see.
I made a Shogun character in a wrestling game on x box ages ago. I gave him grey skin, samurai armour, a robot hand, cat ears and whiskers drawn on his face. It wasnt very convincing but it was funny.

Is there a deer, wolf, fox, or cat (preferably leopard)? Tis the most I can heck with. s9.postimg.org/iqzxjoghp/0328151327.jpgJust got the arcade stick in today. Tis teeny, but I am kind of digging it. I wouldn't dump $150 on one of the larger ones, but this one is nice enough.

I'm old enough to have played with those in actual arcades when I was a kid. And there are lots of adverts around that about Asian girls who want to meet me. My be my reputation is so great that even people in Asian know how cool I am.

I've had a few run ins with arcades, but there is only one that's within an hour of here and it is far from a hip spot. I wish the stick I got was bigger, but my direcitonal imput sloppiness has been improved greatly. Tis odd, I can't do the quarter-circle moves worth a shit on a gamepad despite hundreds of hours in the PS2 MK games (where I could pound out the specials every time). I did manage to make Frieza though: steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/923675927401013808/B99C803D3DDBA83731BFEEB96EC023873E586053/

I had a lot of fun with some of the DLC characters. I think the mecromancer was my favourite. The thing where her gun does mega damage, has no accuracy and the bullets bounce around cracks me up.
Controversial statement time- I think I liked the resequal more than borderlands 2. I thought the way the presequeal expanaded the lore and the backstory was really interesting. Especially that it leaves us uncertain on at what point Handsome Jack goes from hero to villain and kinda leaves open the fact that the good guys trying to stop him because he might go evil is actually what turns him evil. Also, Australians on the moon is hilarious.

I'll have to give that a shot next time, normally I focus on getting weapons that cause high damage and are really accurate (which is why my go-to assault rifles are always semi-auto, and I favour revolvers). I tried playing as the assassin but I found that a little too challenging, so I restarted as the siren, and that's worked out pretty well.
They seem to get more story-oriented with each game. Looking forward to Borderlands 3.

Yeah the assasins guy is super specialised. I think he works best in a team, as he goes extreme long range or close combat, so having other fighters helps give him some breathing room.
I didn't like those "head hunter" packs for part 2. They tok the humour too far and just seemed stupid. The iea of a little minute campaign was cool, but I didn't like them very much. The valentines one in particular was really mena spirited and just made me feel bad. I didn't complete a side quest cause it involved me killing NPC's that I liked. It did it like a joke where a guy says "but you wouldnt' kill me and my girl friend just for a side quest, woudl you?" And I thought "no, honestly I wouldn't" and then stopped playing that DLC.
We should multi player together sometime. I always end up playing those games solo but I think they work better in a team.

I should clarify, most boarderlands DLC is ace. The headhunter packs were suprrising becuase they felt like a mistep.
The presequal has less dlc than the other two, but the Claptrap mission is really great.
For the first and second games if you play all the DLC, its probably as much content as the original game.
Also I like that DLC characters are referenced later, its not like a stupid side thing that doesnt matter adn they never talk about.
Mad Moxxi, Mr Torgue, Athena were all first in a DLC, but now are some of the most central/awesome characters. During part 2 it did occur to me "what happened to athena? Why isn't she with the Crimson raiders?" I wondered if they had forgotten her. So when she came back in the presequel, looking more bad ass and playable with her awesome captain america shield, I was really fired up. That gave me a lot of faith that the people making these games are really paying attention and having things pay off.
Oh and if you like the lore, try out Tales from the Borderlands from tell tale games. It wonderfuly captures the wierd, violent tone of boarderlands and adds yet more to the mythos. It has the flaws a lot of tell tale games have (you relaies you dont control the story direction as much as you think you do when you look back over it) but its a really fun ride. If you like borderlands, give that a go.

I kind of fucked up the order of the DLCs.
I got most of the way through the game (I think right after the Bunker) before I decided to mix things up and try the DLCs, I started with Dragon's Keep at a lower level than I probably should have, was too damned stubborn to give up, farmed the Bunker until I had enough good gear to progress in the DLC, and then ground my way through it earning a lot of levels and finding some very powerful weapons, so I ended up just walking through most of the other DLCs (and the main story) after that.
One complaint I have is that I find a lot of the bosses in the main game can be beaten fairly easily, and some of the DLC bosses as well.
The first two (three? One's a pair) bosses can be killed with sniper fire if you go into their arenas and then jump out, then circle back around until you can get a line of sight with a sniper rifle.
With the right gear (a lot of shock and corrosive weapons) you can kill Wilhelm from the cleft in the ice where you enter the arena.
You can actually fight the Bunker from the lower level of the area (with the vending machines), avoiding almost all damage; I've got it down to such a science that I can beat it in a few minutes, collect and sell the loot, exit and re-enter the map, and just farm the damned thing.
I was able to beat Jack's body double by climbing a building and shooting him in the head from a distance with a sniper rifle, the Sheriff of Lynchwood by drawing her out and then falling back and using a sniper rifle, the real Jack by spamming shock grenades, and then killed the Warrior without taking any damage by firing a very fast automatic pistol at it's chest (preventing it from attacking) until it died.
I beat the Leviathan by pressing myself into a corner on the far left of the ledge you fight it from, it couldn't hit me there, the only threat I faced during the whole battle was when it sent smaller sandworms after me.
The dragon in the Dragon's Keep DLC can be beaten safely with a lot of patience, just duck under the gate at the start of the bridge when it comes in to attack, fend off the smaller dragons as necessary, and pop out to take shots at it until it dies.

hahah I never played sniper rifles that much, so I missed out on all these sneaky tactics!
There is a deleted sound file in the game that is Jack saying that he poisoned Wilhelm so you could defeat him. It's a shame they left that out because it makes things make more sense (why Wilhelm is described as unbeatable but is just a normal boss fight.) Jack was ready to sacrifice his most loyal minion to destroy the good guy base, since after he used Wilhelm to defend it the good guys would never doubt that it was legit.
The presequal, where Wilhelm spends the whole game fighting for Jack, makes this even more of an heartless act from Jack.

It took some time to get used to them, but they're probably one of my favourite weapon classes. I always use the Jakobs rifles since they have high accuracy, base damage, and an unusually high critical damage, it's possible to kill some shielded enemies with a couple of headshots even at high levels. I like to use them to shoot the helmets off Goliaths from a distance, or pick off other tough enemies from somewhere they can't get to easily or quickly.
I wondered about that at first, he was hyped up to be incredibly tough. Having said that, the first time I tried to beat him I got my ass handed to me, I think I died twice before one of his rocket barrages launched me off the cliff and onto a ledge just before I would have died; from there I was just out of the line of fire from his weapons, but I could shoot his robots and his head, but after killing him I had to jump to my death as there was no way to get off the ledge.
I get the impression that, by the events of Borderlands 2 at least, everything Jack does is completely self-serving.
I'll let you know, I'm pretty busy at the moment though (I don't have time to play anything during the week, and we're trying to get a house ready to sell, so I won't be around much for the next few weekends).

I found Jacks relationship with his daugther really interesting. Its clearly self serving and abusive, but he seems legitimately bothered about her and her dying seems to cross a line with him. So its an unhealthy relationship but when she dies its the first time Jack's jokey persona drops and he seems really upset at what the good guys have done. Since he gets a new Siren it doesn't disrupt his plans that much, so his level of upset seems to show he does care for Angel. Its implied by Jack that Angels powers killed her mother so there may be some justification for how he keeps her locked up. Obviously a lot of what Jack says is lies, so its hard to be certain about this claim, but it seems plausible. In the presequal he has her picture on his desk (a nice little detail) which suggests he does care about her. (the picture is placed face down after some of the evil shit he does.)
He sends his loyal follower Wilhelm to his death an thinks nothing of it, he expresses just mild irritation when his girl friend is kill (something like "huh...that kinda pisses me off"), and she also loyally fought by his side previously. But for Angel he seems to completely change his demeanor when she is killed, like that is the one thing that he was doing that was (in his own mind) good, and when that is destroyed there's nothing left but his evil aspects. The vault Hunters kill the only thing he actually loves.
Jack is a genuinely interesting character, especially considering how utterly monstrously evil he is (he once removed a guys eyes with a spoon and thinks that's a funny anecdote). He has a lot going on and not all of it is bad.
The presequal adds a lot more ambiguity to him, which I really enjoyed.
