so I am kind of a writer for fun and had gone through high school and collage English rather easily on my creative writing ability's and story concepts.
well over the the last few years I've been really focusing on a story in particular set in a super hero kind of setting.
i have plenty of character concepts that I'd like to bounce off people and get some general feedback on them.
anyone here willing to hear about the hero's and villains of my world?

well might as well try and spark interest by giving the names of the heros and villains I have so far and then explain more about the Heros and villains that people think sound interesting just by name
Heros: Momentum Unstoppable Tesla Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin Little Boy Killer Queen
Villians: Untouchable The Golem Seismic Her Screech The Lich, AKA Adolf Hitler Tech The Creeper
Dead people of note: The Privateer Fat Man The original Untouchable

Don't really know much about the characters aside from their names, I suppose.
But... Rasputin is a good guy?
Also, for some reason I love the idea of Adolf Hitler as a Liche.

well actually more then a few are rather flushed out. I only posted their names for now to catch some interest by someone who might see them and want to know more. if you want me to tell you more about Raputin and Hitler I will gladly tell you more. they aren't as flushed out as characters like Unstoppable, Her, Creeper and Tech but I have a good general basis for the two historic figures.

Why Hitler as the Lich? I'd expect him to duke it out with cyborg Stalin, rather than with Rasputin...

Well set in my world during world war 2 everyone wasn't so much in an arms race but rather a super soldier race, creating people with unbelievable powers with the use of science.
During the invasion of Berlin in a last move of desperation Hitler just starts injecting himself with untested chemicals and stuff resulting in him going rather mad and gaining the ability to suck the life out of people around him, turning them to ash while healing himself and also adding to his power.
Hitler would become rather unkillable, draining all the opposing soldiers of the Red Army. With normal means and weapons not very effective the Allies deploy FatMan and Little Boy hoping that their H-Bomb like powers would be able to stop Hitler. FatMan would die by the Lich's hands but result in a huge nuke explosion that would leave almost nothing left of Hitlers body but his jaw bone.
to the dismay of the allies though signs of the jaw regenerating meant Hitler was not dead so a room was built around it made of thick steal and glass with no way in or out. to the present day in the stories world Hitler and those that look over the box are all that remain in Berlin. For now

now Rasputin's starts 2000 years before everyone else and begins in a manger surrounded by hay and animals. originally born as Jesus Christ, Rasputin noticed he had the ability to do amazing things. healing people of illnesses, manipulating his own being to walk on water and even read the minds of those around him. he would spend his life helping others and spreading his faith until finally learning one more power he had while hung on a cross. he could also come back from death.
believing people couldn't move on if he stuck around, this unkillable man who millions would follow without question decided it best to stay away from those who would look to him as a god and thus head north away from the Middle East and into the land now known as Russia.
he would stay in excite for millennia till finally deciding to return to the world with a new identity Rasputin. he would end up befriending Russia's ruler and use his powers of healing to keep the rulers sick son alive. and of corse as history says Rasputin would be poisoned, stabbed, shot, shot again then drowned all in an attempt to kill him. but it of corse did little to him in the end as he came back each time. feeling guilt for the death of the Russian royal family he would excile himself again until the rise of the Nazi's

Tech, keep in mind that you'd piss off so many people with this. Its clever and cool in the most unorthodox way. Its like in Dracula 2000 where you learn that Dracula was actually Judas, but that was lame, whereas this is just great. Like, Rasputin is one of the most hated people historically speaking, and to make him not just sympathetic, but literally Jesus... and it kinda makes sense too. They both had reputations for powers and being rather difficult to kill.
What about The Privateer?

Of course Rasputin is a good guy! Could all those Moscow chicks really be wrong?

yeah I know, the idea of Rasputin is Jesus though came to me way back in high school when I read a book on him. when I started writing down this world I decided to revisit my idea that maybe Raputin was the second coming of Jesus.
The Privateer is dead for one. He is used as an example of what not to be when being a hero. He was known as someone who would stop the bad guys but still take a little money for himself and even kill people though the Vigalanty Hero Codes Of Conduct has strict rules when it comes to heros and killing. he was seen as both a hero and a villain when he was active, playing both sides that would ultimately see him killed by police

So eventually they had enough of him and shot him to death?
Huh, fitting. So superhero types aren't necessarily beyond the power of regular mortals?

not all of them are on levels like Lich and Rasputin and Little Boy. The Privateer himself was just skilled with guns and swordplay, he died when acting the villain just went to far.

The Privateer dies when deciding to rather assist a hostage situation rather then stop it
