Renard, she did actually incinuate Trump was wrong to say that earlier. Hark, has anything else been said about a British Bill of Rights to replace the EU's human rights laws?

Not that I've heard of anyway, and I can't see them doing it.
The British system has no entrenched constitution that I know of, which means that May actually can dump human rights laws if she wins enough of a majority.

She did, but there's a difference between insinuating he was wrong and coming out and saying it.
It's unbelievable that he'd use a terrorist attack against an allied country (and the UK no less, the US has a "special relationship" with the UK!) to try scoring cheap political points, and as a way to hit back in his petty feud with Sadiq Khan, it's just beyond offensive, and yet while May says she'll call Trump out when she thinks he's wrong, this doesn't seem to go far enough for her.

I know what you mean. Then again, Khan apparently still supported free movement of people between EU nations a while back despite a report pointing out that this is a major security concern (to be fair, this probably wouldn't have been relevant for recent attacks being as the Manchester loser came straight here from Libya after being born here). I was wondering about the bill of rights thing because I know the Tories had some vague plans for one a while back.

He may have supported free movement, but that's something entirely different from what Trump claimed he was saying, and when called out Trump instead doubled down on his remarks and acted as if he was right to begin with, and that the clarification of Khan's original statement was made up after the fact, in response to Trump's comments on Twitter.
But that's really beside the point; you don't use a terrorist attack on an ally to score cheap political points, nor do you mock the mayor of a city that's been attacked while he's dealing with the aftermath. The fact that May is refusing to say anything harsher than she disagrees with Trump, and that Khan is doing a good job, is unacceptable. Frankly, I think Trump's comments trivialize what's happened.
Not sure about the Tory plan for a bill of rights, though what I read was May saying that if human rights got in the way of investigating and dealing with terrorism, she'd see about changing human rights in the UK.

Looks like the the Conservatives are going to have a minority government, supported by the DUP. God only knows what that's going to mean.

Democratic Unionists, they're hard-right and have a theocratic bent.

Jesus but that IS ironic. I thought this might lead to a moderating of tone, you know, like minorities governments are supposed to. Instead you've got a bunch of fucking nutjobs holding the balance of power. Wonderful.

That's presumably what it means to be Strong and Stable, Can. There are some rumours that Boris Johnson's minions are mobilising with the intention of getting rid of May and having another election in October.

She already got rid of a couple of her aides, it's rumoured they were going to try to get rid of her. I think any attempt by her to stay in charge is just stalling the inevitable.
