Skaven are like worse versions of Harkovast Zadakine... although, admittedly, Zadakine can be pretty great.
So Melnibonean Erm, Elves, are best race. As they usually are.
I agree on the buildings though. Clean that shit up.

One mod I would try to make myself if I was any good at it would be to make the automatic receivers on the combat shotgun have a decent fire rate. Even the fastest one with the Rapid legendary perk is criminally slow.
Elves are the very worst race, they are nothing but tree scum and egos prancing about with their pointy ears and untrimmed hair.

Those are Wood Elves you're describing. Wood Elves are literally worst Elves.

Once the creation kit comes out I can make that mod for you if you'd like. Lord knows I'm going to be fixing a lot of stuff when that comes out, especially weapon stats.
My favourite weapon right now is the combat rifle, specifically the one you can buy in Vault 85 that "fires two projectiles" with each shot for increased damage (look up the "duplex" loads developed as part of Project SALVO for the real equivalent, but that had to do with the ammunition rather than the weapon itself, and it was a better idea in theory than in practice). Only problem is that the basic rifle with a sawed-off stock, short barrel, and 20rnd mag full of .45ACP (what sort of battle rifle fires a pistol round?!) weighs 11lbs, roughly the same weight as an M14 with a wood stock and 20rnd mag of 7.62x51mm. I've modified mine with a long barrel, shoulder stock, a longer mag, tritium sights, and converted it to .308, and it weighs 17.6lbs, nearly 3lbs heavier than an RPK-74 light machine gun with a full 75rnd drum. Let's say that the rifle would weigh about as much as an M14 when it's been modified with a long barrel and shoulder stock, that means the larger mag would be the only thing affecting weight, and in theory that should only increase the weight by about 1.5lbs.
They also have automatic receivers nerf single shot damage, and it seems that any muzzle device fucks with accuracy and/or range, even though that shouldn't happen unless it's not mounted properly and the bullets hit it on the way out of the barrel.

All elves are the worst elves.
I usually go for the .308 max modded Combat Rifle myself. I got mods that remove the range decrease on suppressors/bayonets and some that greatly boost the .50 cal receiver damage for the bolt action rifle. If you are a stealth sniper, the "Instigating" legendary perk (double damage if target has full HP) is actually better as the double-shot has a bit of spread between the two shots and each individual shot is weaker. Double-shot rifles will do better than Instigating on repeated hits, but a .50 cal rifle with a max stealth bonus on top of the double damage from the legendary perk is not easily survivable. The most OP setup though is a spread laser with explosive shots (like the "Pray and Spray" SMG that Cricket sells), as each laser of the spread explodes and the hits all stack for some really crazy high damage (especially with it modded for damage, though a full auto version is just beyond overkill). Nothing stands in your way and you don't even have to be really aim, just point int eh general vicinity of everything you want dead and it gets dead near instantly.

High Elves are by definition just better, at everything, but in Warhammer, at least, prone to arrogance of a nearly unforgivable degree. But at least they're better.
Dark Elves are Melniboneans, not Elves, again, in Warhammer. Which makes them assholes.
Wood Elves are fucking hippies, in practically every setting, and they're also kinda just stupid.
Skaven are nasty, cowardly, and overall just bad people.
Humans are nasty, generally fanatics. Bretonnia would be alright if they weren't an oppressive feudal hierarchy.
Warhammer Orcs are a fucking joke, and kinda dumb.
I've never liked Dwarves, but the ones in Warhammer are even worse.
Chaos is... fucking Chaos. Very Moorcockian.
The Sigmarines have pauldrons the size of children and look stupid.
Am I missing anyone?
Point is, nobody, at all, in Warhammer is "good" or particularly sympathetic when you look at them on the whole.

High Elves are just elves with egos. All elves are scum that must be eliminated. EXTERMINATE EXTERMINATE!

Oddly enough this is one of the few games where I don't actually rely on stealth a lot, only until I get the first shot in, then the enemy usually knows I'm there and start trying to flank me.

I don't really understand why people dislike Elves so much. Is this a D&D thing? Or a human inferiority complex thing?

My hatred of elves partially stems from fake-racism against them because something probably related to Santa and or those cookie elves. It also stems from my first DnD character having a father murdered by a cult of elves dedicated to a god of death of some sort.
If I can kill things without them trying to shoot me back, I usually do. I am VERY stingy about my healing items, which might be why I always end up with at least 200 stimpacks by the end of the main storyline. I always go for the 3rd rank of Lifegiver when I hit level 20, which is too dern good I think.

I like making cookies! Cookies are nice! But, yeah, those kind of things can stick with us.

If any of you guys have a 3ds/new 3ds, you should get on installing that homebrew now (or downgrade your kernel) while you still can. Nintendo's rolling an update out next week that'll probably lock any new updated systems out of it for a while.

Speaking of hacking consoles, anyone here ever hack a PSP to make it into an emulation-station?

I don't hack anything. I'm woefully boring in that department.
