Draconic is a word, I'm pretty sure.

It is, Can. I suppose Gryphons would have lion legs and tails so they would look a bit different to the Nymus.

Well, I stand corrected. I was sure that "draconian" is the only valid form and we were being facetious, but Merriam-Webster does say it's a word, and a pretty old one... Pity my spell-checker disagrees.

Spell checkers are the backyard hick boozer of the word knowledge family.

Yeah the griffins would have some difference, but facially they would look similar, and thats the main thing you see with characters. I suppose you could have a race that looks facially similar to another but is physically different in other ways.

Yeah, Hark is right. Legs and tails are not a very good way to distinguish characters, since they're aren't things people pay close attention to. So this race would be pretty boring in practice. In another comic I've seen birds being lean and griffins being more buff, but as we've seen Ki in the comic, Nymus aren't any "lighter" than any other race. So that won't work too. I don't have any good ideas at this moment. I guess I'll have to come up with another fantastic animal.

You could give em like a crest on top of their head or something.

How the hell is that hollow-boned, Ki so muscular? We all know which race is the most ripped; Like this; The griffins would look fabulous.

The bottom image didnt load! I wanna know how fabulous we can be! Curious. When I first viewed this thread, the top image didn't load for me, but now they both load (and somehow I perfectly guessed what the top image probably was ). Maybe your reorganising is breaking the forum, Hark? How the hell is that hollow-boned, Ki so muscular? Maybe Nymus are also hollow-muscled? Puffed up just for show? After all, I don't think we've seen Ki do any heavy-lifting feats... You could give em like a crest on top of their head or something. You know what, I have a better idea. Maybe give them those pointy ears they have in some depictions (I think they were supposed to be tufts of feathers, but some artists draw them as ears, and it makes them look more distinct from birds) and hair strands like lion's mane (mammalian hair instead of feather crest)? That would make them a little unorthodox, but no longer looking just like birds from waist up.

The Swiss.

I dunno, are we talking seriously about griffins now?
I'd propose Persians, one of the original homes of the griffin (they may be in Harkovast already, though I can't remember who and where they are, if they are) or Incas, just because I don't think there's a single South America civilization at the moment.
