There is a joke about being stoned via drugs to be made.

Ah, it is good to see this being addressed. Basically, Paul did his own things.
Hahahah. Ah yeah.

AronRa raises a very good point here, HOW does the magic man in the sky actually do stuff? What mechanism did he use to change the atomic structure of water into fermented grape juice?
If Theists would give a mechanism we could test it, and they can't have that because they know we would find it to be bullshit. Hence why they avoid trying to give a solid definition of "kinds" when trying to organisms have to stay within their "kinds" while also making sure they don't give out a mechanism on how that works (two types of DNA for example).

While the law is shitty, it would probably be better for people not to get saddled with a therapist that despises them for who they are.

That is a good point.
Of course, the problem now becomes, what if all the nearby therapists just don't wanna? Now you're fucked.

But then, you'd be fucked anyway.

Someone in the comments quoted part of the bill, and it sounds like this also covers employees dependants, so you could lose your job if your employer somehow found out that your wife or daughter used contraceptives.

HO-LY SHIT.
That's ridiculous.

Wait, sorry, I was wrong. The bill covers the use and intended use of contraceptives by employees and dependants, so you better hope your employer doesn't find out that your daughter is considering getting a prescription for contraceptives, or that's grounds to fire your ass.

This is very interesting.
As Tiberia has said to me, a bit sketchy, but I find value in it. It shows a few things:
1) Epistomology is good to know. Heh. Know. And it really is, whenever we are dealing with any belief.
2) Asking questions. So, as one commenter doing what I am now said, the Socratic Method.
3) Actually using numbers? That's a new one to me. Probably worth a shot sometimes.
4) More flies with honey than vinegar, as they say. And this is what makes me wish Atheists were more like this. I mean, getting all in someone's face and telling them all the ways they're wrong accomplishes little.
And one of my favourite points about the video? How apparently most people ditching religion has little to do with the "New Atheists" directly, and rather blogs and other people doing their thing and so forth. Its rather nice. You can't treat a one on one or even group discussion like some kind of big debate with a huge audience.
