Haven't tried it though.

Donald Trump plans to build a wall across the Mexico border and (here is the clever part) make Mexico pay for it.
Is Donald Trump actually M Bison?

How would you even do that? Just seize Mexican assets? Threaten a trade embargo until they pay for the wall (so basically a racket)? I think Mexico would take that to court, and they'd win easily.

The 14th amendment was written to address the rights and protections of former slaves. The part in question was written to prevent former black slaves from being excluded from citizenship. So it doesn't really apply to aliens, in fact, it explicitly excludes any children born of aliens. That didn't keep people from simplifying the amendment for their own purposes. And that's never really been tested in the courts.

That is what I've heard the argument it.
I've also heard that the courts settled that a while ago. But I'm not sure how they might have done so, if by implied precedent or actual ruling.

I know that Birthright Citizenship has caused some issues for people who fall under it. A lot of them have difficulty obtaining valid ID, Social Security, driver's licenses or business licenses because they're technically but not 100% legally citizens so they're not always accepted at citizens depending on the situation. They end up jumping through additional hoops that as citizens they shouldn't have to.
Really we should get all this out in the air and get it taken care of. There shouldn't be people who are sorta, kinda, not really citizens.

Two men decided to urinate on a homeless guy and then beat him with a metal pipe because he was Latino. When they were arrested, one of these racist scum bags said "Donald Trump was right" as one of his reasons for doing this.
Now I could get into a whole thing about how Trumps racist ranks create a dangerous enviroment that incite this kind of thing, but I won't go there.
I want to focus on Trumps reaction. When he first heard of the incident he said it sounded like "A shame" but "I will say, the people that are following me are very passionate, they love this country, they want this country to be great again."
This is the guys initial reaction. When Sarah Palin was putting up pictures of gun sights over opposing candidates and then one of them got shot, Palin at least acted like she never wanted that and violence had nothing to do with her campaign etc.
Trump just lays his cards on the table.
Urinating and beating a random homeless man because of his race is a sign that you are passionate and care about America.
The next day Trump posted a message that he didn't want any violence...so even he realised that endorsing violent crimes was a step too far. But the fact that it took a day to figure out that maybe this might send out a bad message is horrifying.
I ask again, is Trump real?

*Frowns* To me, it seems like he just felt...distanced at first from it. Like, well that sucks, why are you bringing it to me again?
I get the idea, that he says it and then these guys take it too far...But I can't help but think that if that was enough to convince them to do that, it would only take a different high-profile statement for those same guys to say, attack a woman, or a black person... Like, I feel like after a point it turns into a case of there's no such thing as fool-proof.
Though on the flipside, not condemning those actions immeadiately also is a statement on what he thinks on it, and to be fair, if he was more experienced in politics I bet his reaction would have been better but... :/ Might be a bit off-topic but the way I see it this guy's getting nowhere, he's one of those political canidates that appears for entertainment value, effectively. Like that guy on the 'the rent is too **** high!' platform. If we don't like the monkey's act then let's stop giving it attention yeah?

To be fair, if people are that dim that they'll commit racist assaults just because a moron whose attempting to become President expresses racist views, the odds are they were just using that as an excuse (it would be a bit like blaming Jeremy Corbyn because people started setting fire to banks, the HQs of multinational corporations and the houses of NI Loyalists while singing The Red Flag). On the other hand, Trump's initial praise suggests that he wants to encourage this sort of thing.

Trump has declared that he will defeat ISIS by sending in the army to take over the oil wells that ISIS control. Then America can take the oil and use it to pay for injured American soldiers.
There is so much wrong with that plan I don't even know where to start. Its like a perfect portrait for wrongness.
It involves the American army stealing oil from another nation, and some how shipping it out of a war zone in large enough quantities to pay for the oil stealing mission and the previous Iraq war.
He is saying these things as real plans he really plans to do and Anne Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and the Tea Party movement all cheer. I know I was never a big fan of the Republican party, but this is too much for my brain to process.
