Hahahah well yeah if you ignore the last eddition, the one Total War is specifically based on, then yeah you might find it doesn't match up. What a shock!

Hahah yeahhow foolish of me to forget!
The funny thing is, warhammer total war is kind of the definitive warhammer now, so anything that contradicts that is not canon to me.

Can't say I'm a fan of everything they've done though.
Morathi is back to being a Chaos Worshipper again, for instance. She spreads Chaos Corruption now. I'm... unsure what I think about that. It could bring something to gameplay or it could just be tedious.

I guess shes in teh cult of slanesh so it makes sense. Dark elves have gone back and forth on if they serve chaos or not.
At this point ,I will give CA the benefit of the doubt and see where they go with stuff.

Now I know what it's like for the rest of you when Renard and I endlessly talk about firearms.

She didn't worship Slaanesh in 8th. Some people really liked that.

Wordweaver haha go buy total warwahammer! Its really good! That's the take away!
Canuovea, so do dark elves spread corruption in general? I am okay with her making deals with dark gods, as long as its fun in game.
Ive read somewhere that elves can make deal with chaos gods wihtout being so directly corrupted. Like they get turned more evil adn stuff by it but aren't totally over come like humans and mutated and stuff. It was suggested elves can make packs with chaos and than later walk away. I dunno if that's right, but its how someone described it (again, probably depends which eddition and which book you are reading.)
Dark Elves in generally aren't chaotic are they? Just certain factions?

Dark Elves don't normally spread Chaos Corruption. At least apparently not. There are a few instances of deals being made and going wrong for the Daemons though. Pretty sure Malekith made a deal with a Slaaneshi greater daemon named N'Kari and then proceeded to to skip out of it once he got what he wanted.

Well it sounds interesting, from a game play perspective. I'll reserve judgement till I see whats what, but could be cool.
I might just have to roll a D8 to decide who to play first. Too many cool options.

Ever thought that it was bullshit when your allies started bickering and one went and attacked the other? High Elves can stop that.
